Job Advert Job Role: Theatre Technician Location: Denmark Hill, London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £36,000 £41,500 per annum + up to 12 % annual bonus Join KFM and Help Shape the Future of Healthcare KFM is looking for a Theatre Technician to join our dedicated Theatre Services team at Kings College Hospital. Youll be instrumental in maintaining vital medical equipment and supporting frontline clinical teams in delivering world-class patient care. What Youll Do: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot a range of specialist medical and scientific equipment. Deliver technical training to clinical and non-clinical staff. Ensure all theatre equipment is in top condition and compliant with infection control standards. Support equipment audits and ensure accurate maintenance records. Collaborate across departments including Clinical Teams, Procurement, and Technical Services. What Youll Bring: Higher National Diploma in a scientific or technical subject or equivalent technical experience. Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and adaptable attitude with a passion for continuous learning. Interest in teaching and staff development. Desirable: Experience in a hospital or technical environment.
