About JCRE
JCRE is a leading UK-based property consultancy dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals from Greater China. We specialise in tailored real estate investment strategies, risk-controlled portfolio planning, and long-term value preservation for global Chinese clients, particularly those seeking education-driven or immigration-led property opportunities in London.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially astute Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. This role combines in-depth real estate advisory with financial and data analysis, supporting our clients — primarily high-net-worth individuals from China — in making informed, long-term property investment decisions in the UK.
You will work closely with our directors and clients to develop bespoke investment strategies using discounted cash flow (DCF) modelling, market forecasting, and property yield analysis, while also providing strategic insight into portfolio structuring and capital deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver bespoke property investment strategies aligned with clients’ financial goals, tax considerations, and immigration/family needs.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models (DCF, IRR, scenario stress-testing) to support real estate investment decisions.
• Conduct detailed market research and macro/microeconomic analysis across residential and mixed-use London property sectors.
• Present findings, recommendations, and investment proposals directly to high-net-worth clients in Mandarin.
• Collaborate with internal teams (valuation, sales, and legal partners) to ensure integrated client solutions.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UK property taxation, planning law, and financing structures relevant to overseas investors.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, securities, or investment banking in mainland China or Hong Kong.
• Proven experience in investment modelling and financial analysis, preferably with real estate exposure.
• Strong understanding of UK property markets, especially prime or education-oriented locations in London.
• Exceptional Mandarin and English communication skills, with the ability to build trust with sophisticated clients.
• CFA, CPA, or RICS qualification (or currently pursuing) highly desirable.
What We Offer
• Opportunity to work at the intersection of international finance and London real estate.
• Access to exclusive property investment opportunities and off-market deals.
• Direct engagement with elite clientele and multi-generational family offices.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial team environment with long-term growth potential.
