DMG FLOORCARE LTD is a small independent company who specialise in the repair service and sale of Industrial Floor cleaning Equipment. Our Clients include the NHS, Local Authorities, Care Homes, Retail and Industry.
Due to Internal Promotion and continued growth DMG Floorcare Ltd is currently looking to recruit a full time administrative assistant to work in our busy service office. Working with an established team your responsibilities will include processing & preparing of Customer and Supplier invoices and helping out in the Service Office. The right candidate should possess good administration and organisation skills, be able to work under pressure as part of a team while also using their own initiative to provide excellent customer service. The environment can be challenging and priorities can change through the working day several times. Candidates should preferably have a knowledge of Sage and Microsoft systems although full training on our own procedures will be given. Hours of work will be 8.15am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on Friday. .
