Location: Bournemouth
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our client on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in providing high-quality service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Direct customer calls to the correct department
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude
