Industry Placement OfficerFull time, 37 hours per week£25,540 per annumBurton on Trent, Town Centre CampusWho are we looking for?As part of T-Level qualifications, learners will have to undertake an Industry placement (extended work placement) of 315 hours over the course of 2 years.As the Industry Placement Officer (Engineering and Electrical) you will identify and secure suitable placements with employers as well as prepare and support learners to connect with these employers across a range of industries. You will support the curriculum team with employability training and tracking/monitoring of the learner’s activity. You will have the ability to manage the varying needs of learners and employers, communicating with people at all levels both internally and externally, handling, and prioritising queries from all areas. Excellent planning and organising skills are essential. This is a pivotal role in supporting delivery of the T-Level qualifications and ensuring we meet the high expectations of our learners and employers.Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths.
