We're proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work®, and we're looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Rickmansworth, supporting a wonderful woman in her late 20s who we'll call Emma.
Meet Emma
Emma is full of life, laughter, and personality. She loves Disney movies, singing along to ABBA, playing board games, and heading out for fun-filled days, whether it's a trip to the cinema, a workout at the gym, or a short break at Centre Parcs. Emma lives in her own two-bedroom home, where one room is used for staff sleep-ins.
She's looking for someone who can support her to live her life the way she chooses, someone who will celebrate her interests, respect her routines, and help her feel safe, happy, and independent.
Your Role
As Emma's Support Worker, you'll be by her side to support with:
- Keeping her home clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Supporting with medication and personal care, including bathing, and washing her hair.

- Encouraging her to enjoy things that are important to her.
- Helping her make choices and feel confident in her independence.
