Summary

Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Chippenham (SN15)

Location: Chippenham, SN15 (Just a 7min Drive from Chippenham Community Hospital)
Pay Rate: £14.11 per hour (£50.00 per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) or Part-Time
Shift Patterns:

- 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM (next day) with sleep-in

- 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

- 2:30 PM - 9:00 AM (next day) with sleep-in
(Sleep-in shifts paid at £50 per night)
Driver Requirement: Preferred - especially if you can use your car for work

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be:

- Balancing Independence & Support: Respecting his autonomy while being ready to assist when needed

- Daily Living Support: Helping with routines, personal care, and household tasks

- Community Engagement: Supporting hobbies, outings, and social events

- Team Collaboration: Occasionally working in nearby homes to share skills and learn from others
