We provide 24hrs supported living to adults
Your job will involve providing practical and emotional support to individuals living in our supported accommodation. Promoting their independence, well-being, and inclusion.
Helping them manage daily tasks, build life skills, and participate in community activities.
Supporting with daily living tasks:
Assisting with tasks such as personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), shopping, meal planning and preparation, household chores, medication administration, and managing finances.
Promoting health and wellbeing:
Medication ordering and administration, booking and attending appointments, attending regular checks, monitoring health and wellbeing and arranging visits to GP and other health professionals.
Promoting Independence:
Helping individuals develop independent living skills such as budgeting, shopping and finding employment, education or training, assisting with letters including accessing benefits and paying bills.
Facilitating Social Inclusion:
Supporting people to integrate in normal community life, develop new hobbies, access community facilities engaging in social activities, hobbies, and participating in community events.
Accompanying individuals to appointments, social outings, and educational or work activities
Maintaining Well-being:
Providing emotional support, encouraging positive relationships, and addressing any mental health concerns.
Ensuring Safety and Well-being:
Responding to emergencies, reporting safeguarding concerns, and working with other professionals to maintain a safe environment.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, support plans, and any relevant information.
