As an Immunisation Administrator / Support Worker you'll be part of our valued within our Immunisation Team. You should have: Essential Good communication skills both verbal and written, with a friendly, supportive manner. A sensitive and patient approach when working with children, families, and colleagues. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using digital systems (e.g., data entry and Excel). A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Awareness of safeguarding and confidentiality, particularly when supporting children and young people. Willingness to complete the Care Certificate (or hold an equivalent qualification). A manual driving licence and willingness to travel across B&NES, Swindon, and Wiltshire as needed. A sense of humour, punctuality, and commitment to providing high-quality support. Desirable Experience Experience working in schools or with children/young people. Practical experience supporting immunisation or public health sessions. Familiarity with cold chain processes, supplies ordering, or reporting on child health data. Confidence using spreadsheets or holding an ECDL qualification. An interest in public health and wellbeing. Additional Requirements You'll need to be able to travel with colleagues and equipment to different venues, and be flexible with working hours, including: Early starts Occasional late finishes or evening work Some weekend sessions if needed
