Are you a highly motivated and suitably experienced School Office Manager, who wants to play a pivotal role in ensuring the administrative functions of Sudbourne Primary School run efficiently and effectively?
Sudbourne Primary School, a heavily over-subscribed school in the heart of Brixton, requires a skilled and experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for supervising our busy school office at the heart of our thriving school. You will play a vital role in the planning, development and monitoring of the administrative and support services within the school. Energy, enthusiasm and a clear vision for the improvement of administrative functions are essential.
The successful candidate will be joining a forward thinking, talented and highly motivated staff team, supported by a Leadership Team and Governing Board who are committed to fostering a culture of team work, collaboration and professional growth.The successful candidate will:
Have experience working in an educational office environment, ideally in a supervisory role
Have experience of using school administrative and financial systems such as SIMS/Arbor
Have excellent customer focus with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Be highly motivated, hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest of standards
Be highly organised and have high expectations of themselves and those around them
Be flexible in meeting the operational needs of a busy school office and the ability to work well under pressure
Be hard working, enthusiastic, have the ability to multi task and work to high levels of professionalism
Be fully competent in the use of IT packages, with experience of using Microsoft Office
Have the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiativeWe offer:
