An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and well organised individual to join our busy admin team. The successful candidate must work well as part of a team and have the ability to communicate effectively with students and their parents/carers. Good IT skills are essential and previous experience of using Bromcom would be an advantage.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will:
Process invoices and undertake financial administration as directed. Maintain stock and supplies, checking off orders and distributing as required. Update the management information system (Bromcom), in relation to pupil information, attendance and lunch registers. Facilitate effective communication with parents using BromCom and the ‘my child at school’ (MCAS) app. Uphold the smooth running of admin systems and procedures at the school. Undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries. Sign visitors in/out in accordance with academy safeguarding procedures. Liaise closely with appropriate staff regarding safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing issues, logging incidents on CPOMs where appropriate.Be proactive in tidying the admin office and reception area, ensuring they are always tidy and free of clutter.
