Our client, a well-loved nursery setting, is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with a genuine passion for childcare to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fun, nurturing, and child-led environment where every child is encouraged to grow, explore, and learn at their own pace.

The nursery prides itself on being a safe, welcoming space that values creativity, connection, and curiosity. With a focus on child-led play, the team works collaboratively to create memorable experiences that support children’s emotional and developmental needs.

This is an ideal position for an enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individual who is excited to contribute to a vibrant early years setting. Whether you're newly qualified or bring experience in early years, our client is keen to hear from practitioners who put children's wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • A genuine love for working with young children and a deep understanding of their needs
  • A warm, proactive, and reliable attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and a commitment to inclusive practice

Why Work With This Nursery?

  • Competitive salary up to £27,000
  • Uniform provided
  • Company pension scheme
  • Access to wellbeing support services
  • Team socials and events to celebrate successes
  • Heavily discounted childcare
  • Support with funded qualifications and training to help you grow professionally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes children's development
  • Deliver child-led activities inspired by children's interests and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support each child’s individual learning journey through regular observation and planning
  • Contribute to a fun, collaborative team culture where everyone feels valued
  • Ensure the nursery meets high standards of safeguarding, cleanliness, and organisation
