and development? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment & Development Officer to join our HR team and help us shape the
future of talent in our organisation.
This role is part time and offers flexible hours. The working pattern will be confirmed following negotiations during offer stage.
You’ll play a critical role in:
* Driving our talent attraction strategy through social media, LinkedIn campaigns, and engaging content.
* Building and managing our employer brand to make us an employer of choice.
* Ensuring a seamless candidate journey from attraction to onboarding.
* Championing diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and internal development.
* Managing and optimising our Learning Management System (LMS) to support compliance and colleague development.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead direct sourcing efforts and proactive recruitment across job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Own and manage our external careers site and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist high-quality candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
* Develop and manage apprenticeship programmes and psychometric assessments.
* Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage preferred supplier relationships.
* Monitor and drive key recruitment and development KPIs like vacancy fill rate, time to hire, internal promotions, retention,
and more.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in a recruitment or HR-focused role.
* Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and modern recruitment platforms.
* Proficiency in ATS/LMS systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on results and people.
Desirable But Not Essential:
* CIPD Level 3+ (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of psychometrics, diversity & inclusion initiatives, or apprenticeship schemes
