Shifts Available:
Days: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Backshift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Day Shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm (Personalised products – attention to detail essential)
About the Role
We’re working with a well-established book publishing company based in Orton Southgate, Peterborough, who are looking for reliable and hands-on Production Operatives to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Cutting, laminating, and binding book materials
Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
General warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and organising stock
Working to daily targets with a focus on accuracy and quality
Assisting in the department, producing personalised books and gifts (where applicable)
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
About You
Previous experience in warehouse or production environments is desirable
Comfortable with hands-on tasks and manual handling
Good attention to detail – especially when working on personalised items
Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work
Must be able to commute to Orton Southgate (public transport may not be suitable for all shift times)
