Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £13.20 – £15.40 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 42 hours per week | 4 on, 4 off – Day Shifts (5.45 am - 6.15 pm)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operative to join our food production team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in machine operation, factory production, or FMCG environments who wants to grow their career in a supportive, dynamic workplace.
- Operate and monitor production line machinery to maintain smooth and efficient output
- Communicate with Line Leaders and Managers to improve machine performance and suggest process improvements
- Report faults promptly and assist in basic troubleshooting during production runs
- Encourage and support Production Operatives to follow best working practices
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene standards during and at the end of shifts
- Contribute to product quality by inspecting output and identifying any issues that could affect freshness or safety
- Competitive hourly rate (£13.20–£15.40 DOE)
