We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a prestigious luxury hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and inspire our food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
-Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
-Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
-Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
-Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations.
-Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
