The Role
You’ll manage, update, and analyse pupil performance data to support school improvement. From attendance tracking and behaviour reports to attainment and progress analysis, your insights will help SLT make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with the Exams Officer, SENCO, and department leads to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
The Candidate
You’re confident working with Excel, SIMS (or similar systems), and can present data clearly. You’ve got strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to prioritise under pressure. Previous experience in a school, admin or data-focused role is preferred but not essential—training will be provided for the right person.
