As Front of House Receptionist, you'll be the face of the Global headquarters for our high-profile international client. You will provide a friendly and welcoming greeting for all internal and external visitors to our modern offices in the heart of Paddington.
Salary is £28,886
We are looking for someone with a friendly and approachable manner and can always remain professional, displaying sound communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate needs to be IT literate with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work efficiently to agreed deadlines. You will exhibit good timekeeping skills and be able to work within an established team. We will provide you with comprehensive training of local processes.
Main Duties
-Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a prompt a courteous reception for visitors, telephone callers and other staff.
-Maintenance of card access system and visitor journey
-Handling phone calls and distributing/taking messages as appropriate.
-Distribution of weekly notices (H&S, announcements etc.), including maintenance of notice boards.
-Ensure all literature in reception is kept current.
-Organising and monitoring allocation of car parking spaces for staff and visitors.
-Support with administrative tasks as required.
-Monitoring stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar etc. as appropriate.
-Coordinate and correspond with office cleaners.
-Equipment calibration and record keeping.
-Assisting QHSE, HR and the legal team where required.
-Training records.
-Audit input.
-Assist with operational reports.
