Job Description
The Corporate Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive, professional, and seamless connection between service users and the Workplace Services teams and vendors.
By anticipating client and customer needs and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, this role ensures every interaction reflects the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general front-of-house duties in a professional, corporate environment.
Serve tea and coffee in meeting rooms as required.
Regularly check meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, tidy, and fully set up.
Clear and reset meeting rooms promptly after use.
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
Assist with guest enquiries and support meeting room bookings.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception and communal area at all times.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong background in hospitality or a corporate front-of-house environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and polished appearance with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Comfortable serving refreshments and managing meeting room setups.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
