Job Opportunity: Land Registry Requisitions Executive
Location: Stratford, London
Firm: Blakewells Solicitors
We’re hiring a Land Registry Requisitions Executive to join our property team (residential, new build & commercial). The role focuses on handling Land Registry requisitions, working closely with lenders and other side solicitors (OSS).
Requirements:
* Experience in post-completion or conveyancing
* Confident responding to Land Registry queries
* Familiar with e-DRS and title documents
* Good communication with lenders and OSS
Assessments will be required as part of the recruitment process.
Full-time, office-based role in Stratford
