- Support the Recruitment & Retention Project Lead in delivering the recruitment and retention strategy for CAMHS. - Work alongside the Project Lead to develop and refine recruitment processes that ensure the Trust attracts and retains staff with the right skills and values. - Develop proactive recruitment plans to manage vacancy levels and reduce reliance on costly temporary staffing. -Collaborate with Recruitment & Retention Project Lead and Workforce Partners to design tailored recruitment strategies for CAMHS. - Identify and resolve process blockages to enable timely onboarding of staff. - Influence and support service managers in implementing workforce resourcing strategies that align with operational needs and service delivery models. - Lead assessment centres and interviews for both clinical and non-clinical roles. - Innovate recruitment approaches for hard-to-fill posts, including AHP and nursing roles. - Build external partnerships (e.g., with accommodation providers) to support recruitment and staff retention. - Explore and implement incentives, such as Golden Hellos or relocation support, for particularly challenging vacancies. - Take responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all new starters within CAMHS.
