Experience in a group finance or audit role, preferably within the healthcare or related sectors. In-depth knowledge of IFRS. Experience with group consolidations and multi-entity reporting would be advantageous. Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. ERP software) and advanced Excel skills Key Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
