Head Chef – Solihull
Salary: £39,680 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (No evenings or weekends!)

Are you a culinary leader who thrives on bold flavours, big ideas, and kitchen excellence?
We’re serving up an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to take the reins of a vibrant, multi-outlet kitchen at a flagship site in Solihull. With fresh ingredients, creative freedom, and a team hungry for inspiration, this is your chance to cook up something truly special – all while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.

This is a fast-paced, high-profile environment that calls for someone with passion, precision, and purpose. From crafting high-impact menus to driving sustainability initiatives and nurturing your team’s growth, you’ll lead by example – delivering food that not only nourishes but excites.

Your Role:

  • Lead a high-performing culinary team across multiple food outlets.

  • Design and execute menus that reflect creativity, quality, and customer needs.

  • Bring energy to every service, from morning fuel-ups to flawless hospitality.

  • Champion sustainability in everything you do, supporting our journey to net zero by 2030.

  • Drive operational excellence, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure cost-effective delivery across the board.

  • Inspire and develop your team, creating a kitchen culture that’s collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passionate Head Chef (or experienced Senior Sous) with a flair for food-led innovation.

  • Strong experience in contract catering, with confidence managing hospitality, events, and delivery services.

  • A hands-on leader who can manage complexity, motivate a team, and deliver consistent results.

  • Someone with a deep love for seasonal, fresh food and high standards in food safety and compliance.

  • Commercially astute with a good grip on budgets, food costing, and sustainability.

Why This Role?

  • No evenings or weekends – enjoy a true work-life balance

  • Cook with purpose in a sustainability-focused kitchen

  • Lead one of the region’s most exciting and diverse workplace food offers

  • Be part of a mission-driven culture that’s all about people, planet, and plate

Benefits Include:

  • Free meal on shift

  • Healthcare and wellbeing support (Aviva DigiCare, Medicash)

  • Financial wellbeing tools and salary finance options

  • Exclusive shopping discounts & rewards (Perks at Work)

  • Training and development pathways

  • Long service and recognition awards

  • Life assurance and pension scheme

  • A real opportunity to make your mark in a flagship workplace kitchen

We’re not just feeding people. We’re fuelling productivity, creativity, and connection – one plate at a time.

If you’re ready to make food that matters in a place that values your creativity, we’d love to hear from you.
