You will be employed as a Projects Coordinator supporting London and the surrounding regions
-To work as part of the Property Services Division. Carrying out all Operational and duties responsibly and efficiently in a timely and professional manner, in order to provide a quality service to both customers and colleagues alike.
-This role is office/hybrid based
Job Roles & Responsibilities
-Ensure incoming and out going mail is managed effectively and that all out going correspondence is to a high standard and managed on a daily basis
-Manage meeting room bookings and associated catering including communicating instructions to delegates
-Ensure that internal contact data is up to date and accurate
-Ensure compliance with MITIE Property Services (UK) Ltd BMS system and be instrumental in implementing the procedures and instructions.
-Ensure all activities are authorised as per the Divisional authorisation register.
-Book and record all training in conjunction with QHSE Learning & Development Team
-Administer the vehicle inspection procedure in conjunction with centre support team
-Creation of all POs for suppliers in accordance with the company authorisation register and the approved supplier list.
-Answer queries from painting centre finance team on purchase orders
-Procurement of materials and plant
-Maintain the hired plant register, uplift POS where applicable, answer all queries on hired plan items.
-Procurement and control of PPE/uniform
-Building and maintaining template Site Files/ liaise with QHSE team
What we are looking for
-Seeking a confident individual who is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Good Verbal and Written communication skills
-Administrative experience essential
-Sector experience desireable but not essential
