Crynodeb
Applicants must be 1st Level Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC Registration. You must have experience of working across both physical and mental health. The role requires a clinician with specialist practice skills in both physical and mental health to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients and carers complex needs. They need to be able to critically analyse and develop treatment plans within a multidisciplinary framework and within current policy, best guidance/practice and research based evidence. A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
