Crynodeb
Job Purpose : To provide a comprehensive practice nursing service in conjunction with GPs, senior nursing staff, or independently. These services will be provided according to relevant protocols and guidance. The post holder has continuing responsibility for the management of nursing activity including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. The post holder will work autonomously alongside other nursing colleagues to ensure adequate primary care nursing cover is provided at all times.
