We're working in partnership with a forward-thinking Further Education College in Derby to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Coach. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for student wellbeing and personal development to play a pivotal role in supporting learners across the college.
As a Pastoral Coach, you will support learners' social, emotional, and academic progress. Working closely with the SENCO and wider support team, your role will include delivering group tutorials, leading enrichment activities, and offering one-to-one mentoring for students navigating challenges.
You'll help foster a safe, inclusive, and aspirational college environment - where every student feels supported to achieve their potential.
