Salary: £35,000-£45,000 (Leadership Scale + Benefits)

We're looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school community in Southeast London. If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a meaningful impact, this could be your ideal role.

In this full-time, permanent position, you'll lead on all aspects of SEND provision-working closely with the leadership team, teaching staff, and external partners to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of SEND provision, including:

Leading the school's SEND policy and ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2014)
