We're looking for an experienced and passionate SENCO to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school community in Southeast London. If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a meaningful impact, this could be your ideal role.
In this full-time, permanent position, you'll lead on all aspects of SEND provision-working closely with the leadership team, teaching staff, and external partners to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
As SENCO, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development of SEND provision, including:

Leading the school's SEND policy and ensuring full compliance with the SEND Code of Practice (2014)

Identifying, assessing, and reviewing SEND needs across the school

Embedding inclusive classroom practices through coaching and CPD

Tracking pupil progress and adjusting support strategies as needed

QTS and an undergraduate degree (preferred)
