The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Mortgage & Compliance Administrator to support our Director/Manager with mortgage and insurance case compliance. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of mortgage and protection administration, ensuring that all processes are compliant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Director/Manager with mortgage and insurance case compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
* Administer mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion
* Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, and third parties, maintaining excellent relationships
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM and other software systems
* Proactively progress applications, chase updates, and keep all parties informed
* Prepare and proofread client documentation and reports
* Respond promptly and professionally to client queries
* Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and FCA guidelines
About You
* Minimum 18 months’ experience in a Mortgage & Compliance Administration role (essential)
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and insurance case compliance
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Team player with initiative and a positive, committed attitude
* Eager to be part of a small, growing company and contribute to its success
