An opportunity has arisen for a skilled or semi-skilled machinery technician to join our team. With some exciting expansion plans on the horizon, now is a great time to join our Workshop team at Robert Cole Ltd.
Our dealership is based in Holsworthy, Devon and started trading in 1985. We are main dealers for JCB Agricultural, Krone, Albutt, Spread-a-bale and NC products.
The role will include general service, PDI, preparing second hand machines for re-sale and diagnosing and repairing all types of faults across the range of products that we sell. This includes Telehandlers, Fastracs, Grassland equipment and more. You will be based both in our Workshop and on the road.
The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a strong customer service orientation. In-house training will be given, along with manufacturer training when available at JCB and Krone UK HQ.
A flexible, thorough, and enthusiastic approach to work will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package including staff discount, a modern van, laptop and a company phone. Pension plan available along with regular time off and up to 23 days holiday each year (+ bank holidays). Starting salary will depend on experience.
