You’ll…

-lead a team of Assessors who make students get the right exam access arrangements
-screen and assess students for exam access needs, liaising with schools and parents where need be
-keep up to date with changes to JCQ regulations and make sure they’re implemented
-manage student referrals and support teaching staff with exam arrangements
-delivering training and share your expertise with staff across the college
-be happy to muck in with college life (e.g. open events, invigilation)

You’ll need to be…

-thorough and meticulous, with a real eye for detail
-proactive, organised and methodical
-passionate about supporting students
-experienced at assessing students for exam access arrangements
-a great communicator with excellent IT skills
-qualified with a Level 7 Assessor Award

*£1,000 golden hello payable at the end of year 1 and year 2. Must be employed in this role at Exeter College at the time of payment.
