The Role
You’ll join the science department in a busy secondary school, supporting KS3 and KS4 students in biology, chemistry, and physics. You’ll run 1:1 and small group sessions to help pupils grasp tricky concepts, prepare for assessments, and build their confidence ahead of GCSEs. You’ll also support lesson delivery and practical’s where needed.
The Candidate
You’re a science graduate with strong subject knowledge and a clear interest in education. You’re patient, enthusiastic, and able to explain ideas in a simple, engaging way. This is a perfect opportunity if you’re planning to apply for teacher training or an SCITT programme.
