*** Small group classroom support in KS2 (Autism & ADHD)
The Role
You’ll support small groups of KS2 pupils with Autism and ADHD, helping them stay focused, manage routines, and engage with lessons. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you’ll adapt activities, monitor progress, and provide calm, consistent support across core subjects.
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a strong interest in special educational needs and child development. You bring patience, empathy, and initiative to every task, and you’re comfortable supporting pupils who may need extra structure or flexibility in their learning. Any previous SEN, care, or school-based experience is a bonus.
