What we’re looking for:
We are currently recruiting for a Floating Support Advisor for Halton. The role of the Floating Support Advisor is to deliver a high-quality floating support service to vulnerable people. The post holder will also help develop and promote the organisation’s floating support services and to help ensure that the organisation’s floating support services meet and, where possible, exceed stakeholder and customer requirements and expectations. In this exciting role you will be at the forefront of supporting people to sustain their tenancies and resettle into new tenancies and will be working with an established team. You will play a key role in supporting customers in Runcorn and Widnes, with a caseload and support and encourage growth and independence with a person-centred approach to achieve positive outcomes.
*Driving Licence required

We offer hybrid working which means working a 7-hour day between 09.00am and 5.00pm (Monday – Friday) in the office or from home. You will need to be flexible and available at key points to attend the office and in person home visits.
