Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our clinic team. In this essential role, you will provide vital support to both patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality care and a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with personal care tasks, including mobility, dressing, and hygiene, while maintaining their comfort and dignity. Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, and report significant changes to nursing staff. Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. Support healthcare professionals during procedures by positioning patients and providing instruments as needed. Provide information and reassurance to patients about their appointments and any procedures they may undergo. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
