Measure and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, and report significant changes to nursing staff. Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. Support healthcare professionals during procedures by positioning patients and providing instruments as needed. Provide information and reassurance to patients about their appointments and any procedures they may undergo. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
