A well-respected small animal practice in Scunthorpe is currently seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join its talented team on a part-time basis. For those seeking full-time hours, the role can be extended to include time at their RCVS-accredited sister practice in Beverley, offering greater variety and development opportunities.

About the Practices:
Both practices are equipped with modern, state-of-the-art facilities including up-to-date operating theatres, allowing for routine surgeries and treatments to be performed to a high clinical standard. The teams are known for providing a personal, compassionate service to a loyal and growing client base.

The successful candidate will also benefit from the support of a nearby 24-hour small animal hospital, providing access to an extensive network of resources and expertise – combining the best of both first-opinion practice and hospital-level care.

Applicants must be RCVS-registered and able to demonstrate:

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical care during consultations and procedures
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, offering regular updates and support
• Deliver professional excellence by adhering to the highest standards of practice, compliance, and ethics
• Prepare tailored treatment plans with accurate cost estimates for clients


Flexible Working Options:
This role offers great flexibility, with part-time hours based in Scunthorpe or the option to work full-time across both Scunthorpe and Beverley practices, depending on your availability and preferences.
