Are you a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, progressive practice? My client, a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal clinic, is seeking an enthusiastic Vet to join their friendly and experienced team on a permanent, full-time basis. Flexible and part-time working will also be considered—just let us know what works best for you!

About the Practice

Centrally located in a popular market town in Lincolnshire, this modern clinic benefits from excellent transport links and serves a loyal, long-standing client base. The practice is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including:

• In-house Laboratory
• Ultrasound
• Digital X-ray
• Dentistry suite

The clinic boasts a varied and busy caseload, and is also proud to function as a training centre for student veterinary nurses. You’ll be joining a team that is committed to the highest standards of clinical care, continuous improvement, and professional development. You'll also benefit from working alongside a branch partner who is a qualified Vet GDP advisor, offering structured support to new graduates and developing vets.

The Role:

• Full-time: 40 hours across 4 days
• Weekends: 1 in 3 half weekends or 1 in 6 full weekends
• Part-time & flexible options available


You’ll be delivering exceptional clinical care through consultations and procedures, creating tailored treatment plans with clear communication and cost estimates, and supporting the development of your clinical team by mentoring and encouraging best practice.

About You:

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• A team player with strong clinical leadership skills
• Experience supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
• Committed to delivering outstanding patient and client care
• Keen to grow and develop in a supportive, high-performing environment

The Package:

• A superb salary of £45,000 - £72,000 DOE
