Crossways Supported Living is an exciting new service in a newly refurbished building for six people with low level learning disabilities support needs located in Warlingham near Caterham.
This is a brilliant opportunity for people to be fully involved in the setting up and shaping of this service, take ownership of your role and development and make sure people we support have a good day every day!
No two days are the same, but your day might look like this!
Supporting people to be engaged and build their skills in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting people to understand their money and budget to enjoy the things they want to do in life.
Encouraging people to keep a clean, safe and warm home that they can decorate and be proud of.
Help people feel confident in who they are and feel supported to go out and explore the world, which may include supporting people with their personal care routines.
And - enjoying what you do!
