What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisory Assistants to join our friendly Lunchtime support team. This role involves the supervision of children over lunchtime and includes guiding and leading play activities with children, supervising children whilst they eat, and some table/floor cleaning.
This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys working as a team. You will be interested in supporting children to develop positive play behaviours and friendships, working 1-2-1 or through group play activity in the playground and classrooms.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Want to develop your existing experience of working with children aged 3-11 years.
• Be required to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a caring and positive attitude.
• Be willing to uphold high standards of behaviour.
• Be confident working independently as well as part of a team.
