What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Inspire and motivate children from a wide range of backgrounds
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress to support excellent outcomes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers
• Uphold the school’s values of Respect, Kindness and Excellence
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has strong subject knowledge and a desire to learn and grow
• Is committed to high expectations and inclusive teaching
• Builds warm, positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Reflects regularly and seeks opportunities for development
• Embraces the school’s Christian ethos (you do not need to be a practising Christian)
