• Can build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents
• Is passionate about making a difference to all children
• Is confident and committed and has some experience in working with children in a classroom setting and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND and/or medical conditions
• Can demonstrate strong behaviour management.
• Is self-motivated, creative and flexible with a strong desire to learn and improve
• Be resilient, positive, patient and compassionate.
• Works well as part of a team and has a good sense of humour

Further details about the role
There will be an additional 2.5 hours a week lunchtime supervisor role (0.5 hrs per day) as well as the 23.17 hours learning support role.Therefore there will be an additional £1373 p/a earned for the lunchtime role.
