Natural Fitness Food was created because healthy food should not be boring.
Natural Fitness Food (NFF) is the health food and nutrition brand brought to you by Third Space, London’s luxury health clubs. Launched in 2015 from a single site in our Soho Club, Natural Fitness Food has grown to thirteen Third Space locations today (plus a home delivery service), serving Third Space members a range of nutritious meals and healthy snacks, high-quality and delicious protein shakes and speciality coffee. In 2024, we served more than a quarter of a million delicious meals to our members, scooped over five tonnes of protein powder into our shakes and launched our ‘heat up at home’ product for the first time. 2025 looks set to be a bigger and bolder year for Natural Fitness Food, building on from the success of new locations opening in Canary Wharf, Battersea, Clapham Junction and Richmond!
Third Space The Whiteley is our newest club, set within a beautifully restored Grade-II listed building just moments from Hyde Park. Across three stunning floors, the space combines luxury wellness with world-class training, from performance zones beneath a bespoke glass dome to a serene wet spa and dedicated recovery areas.
As we prepare to open, we're looking for a talented NFF Site Manager to join the team and shape something truly special. You'll be part of a dynamic, driven community, united by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience.
In this role, you will inspire and motivate a diverse group of individuals who engage with our members throughout the day, launching and promoting new products, maximising revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with your team to understand their needs and motivations and seek out new ways to motivate and engage them in their day-to-day activities.
We are experts: You believe in our mission to be the best health club in the world in the eyes of our members and therefore immerse yourself in what NFF and Third Space can offer to help them with their health and fitness goals. You proactively promote new products and service lines and introduce them to the right people and products as you learn more about them.
We are passionate: You build strong, professional relationships with your peers not just within your home club, but the wider Third Space team too. You keep your eyes and ears close to the ground, listening and learning and seeking out ways to continuously improve the member and team member experience.
We are a community: You will recruit, develop and retain a team of people, instilling a sense of pride and passion into their everyday delivery. You and your team will get to know our members and provide a personal experience to ensure their lasting impression of NFF and Third Space is memorable.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be meticulously organised as you will be balancing multiple priorities on a day-to-day basis from your team, your customers and your peers. Your commitment to providing exceptional service standards comes from an inherent desire to put the needs of your customers at the heart of everything you do – but your definition of ‘the customer’ is not just the individual stood in front of you. Ideally, you will have some leadership experience in a quick-service food establishment as some knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety would be beneficial, but if you’re able to communicate with people at all levels with confidence and work in a busy, fun, yet professional environment, this could be an exciting next move for you.
