Job Description: Nursing. Job Title Alcohol Clinical Nurse Specialist Line Manager Alcohol Team Leader Pay Band AfC Band 6 Accountable to ASN Team Lead Principal Accountabilities. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate, programmes of evidenced-based nursing care. (KSF Dimension. 7 Level. 4 ) Provide expert advice and clinical practice. (KSF Dimension. 8 Level. 4 ) Participate in the education and development of other staff members. (KSF Dimension. 2 Level. 3 ) Work collaboratively and co-operatively clinical colleagues to develop services and quality of care delivered. (KSF Dimension.5 Level. 3 ) Clinical. Perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs. (KSK Dimension 7 level 4) Collect, collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate patient records. (KSF Dimension 8 level 4) Involve patients and carers/relatives in the planning and delivery of care. (KSF Dimension 1 level 3) Managerial/Leadership Provide specialist, expert clinical knowledge to clinical colleagues, patients and carers/relatives. (KSF Dimension 19 level 2) Undertake clinical supervision of nursing colleagues on an individual or group basis (KSF Dimension 1 Level 3) Participate in the development of services and assists the Ward Manager/Matron to implement change. (KSF Dimension 5 Level 3) Monitor health, safety and security of self and others and promote best practice in the ward area. (KSF Dimension 3 Level 2) Education and Development.
