Crynodeb
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team including Radiographers, Radiology Department Assistants, clerical and administrative staff and other Practitioners. Provide support, guidance, and development to staff.Work closely with the Lead Superintendent Radiographers for HHGH & SACH and provide assistance to staff at HHGH & SACH in their absence. To be responsible for the management of the radiographic and support staff employed in the Radiology department at Watford General Hospital. To support the team and modality leads in the recruitment and selection of staff for the Imaging Service producing relevant documentation and chairing interview panels. To work closely with the DRSM to maintain service provision. To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Radiology department across the Trust.
