St Mary’s Church of England VA Primary School is looking to recruit an experienced Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant to support our children and staff team. The successful candidate would be joining a committed supportive and dedicated team who are passionate about what they do. St Mary’s Church of England VA Primary School is a warm and inclusive setting who wish to have high aspirations for all.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within the Primary Phase and supporting individuals and groups of learners to be the best versions of themselves.We need:
32.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 3.30pm (30 mins lunch)
Term time only (includes INSET Days)The ideal candidate will have:
• experience across the Primary Phase.
• great initiative and be highly motivated.
• the skills to build a positive, nurturing relationship that models inclusion, patience and high expectations.
• experience of working as part of a team committed to building resilient, independent learners.
• experience of working flexibly and the ability to adapt learning to support individual needs.
• ideally have experience with implementing effective intervention.
