An experienced School Office Administrator - Admissions, Attendance & Assessment is required at Holy Trinity C of E Junior School Holy Trinity CE Junior School is a three form entry Church of England School. In June 2023 Ofsted said: ‘‘Leaders have created a caring school ethos which everyone at Holy Trinity values and understands. Acting with integrity, treating others with dignity and growing in confidence are at the heart of everything the school has to offer. Pupils enjoy coming to school. They said there were many things they liked about it, from seeing their friends and teachers to their enjoyable lessons where they learn new things. Pupils were especially keen to explain that teachers are very respectful, helpful and kind"
The successful candidates will have: • The School Office Administrator is expected to manage, maintain and coordinate all higher level functions within SIMs. • The School Office Administrator will be required to coordinate and complete all regular official data returns within given deadlines as well as attainment data, and upload and download data as required. • Work closely with the Headteacher and Leadership Team. • The postholder is required to use their own initiative on an ongoing basis to react appropriately to a vast array of circumstances that present themselves either in person, via the telephone or emails in a busy school office • Because of the evolving nature of the role you play in the administration team in this school, you will from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by the Senior Leadership Team. • Welcome / Support staff and visitors / maintain effective safeguarding.

We have a permanent position of 35 hours per week. The hours are worked between 8:00 a.m. - 3:40 p.m. with an unpaid 40 minute lunch, term time and Inset plus 1 week (clerk to the governors throughout the year will account for 3 of the days.)Positions are starting at Scale 5 point 11-15 (£31,074 - £32,931 FTE ) and pro rated to actual hours.
