A Junior Sous Chef is required for one of Birmingham’s most talked about independent award-winning restaurants. You will be work under an exceptional Chef Patron and a warm and welcoming kitchen brigade and working a 4 day week.
This is the perfect opportunity for a strong CDP looking for the next step in their culinary career. You will be working with Tasting Menu’s as well as A’la Carte options.
