Are you a skilled leader with hands-on expertise in construction trades? We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Manager for Plumbing and Multi-skills to lead our growing provision for young and adult learners at Newham College’s Stratford Centre.


You’ll manage a range of practical and technical programmes, ensuring high standards of teaching and learner success. This role requires someone with strong industry knowledge, a learner-focused approach, and the drive to develop a curriculum that meets modern employer needs.


You’ll play a key role in quality assurance, curriculum development, team leadership and learner progress monitoring—making a difference where it matters most.


To be successful, you’ll need:


A degree or substantial industry experience in a relevant construction trade
A full teaching qualification (or working towards one)
Proven leadership and curriculum planning skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to improving learner experience
